Moscow Panel. The Aesthetics of Urbanism in the Capital

These pages are about a city that we know not from postcards, but from scents and sounds. About gray facades that seemed identical but held entire worlds. About courtyards where childhood echoed with the creak of swings, the sound of footballs, and evening conversations by the entrance. Photographs of panel neighborhoods are not about architecture, but about memory. Here, the windows come to life behind which the light of our first rooms burned. Balconies turned into small greenhouses and workshops. Benches that became places for meetings and long conversations. These houses were witnesses to thousands of stories - quiet and loud, joyful and sad. And it is in their concrete walls that what we call home has been preserved. Flipping through this album, we seem to return to familiar courtyards, where every crack in the asphalt and every peeling facade remind us: memory also has its own architecture.
