Three Wounds

Writer Ernesto, perpetually seeking inspiration, acquires a metal box at a flea market, inside of which is a photograph of a young couple by a fountain with the caption: Mercedes and Andres, Móstoles, July 19, 1936, and several letters, tied together with string. The story of the lovers, separated by war, unfolds before Ernesto like an open palm. Becoming an involuntary witness to three wounds that many suffered at that time: love, life, and death, he is finally ready to write a great novel. "Three Wounds" is an epic historical novel about what one can live and die for.
