«Fates of Liberalism» — is a collection of historical essays by F. von Hayek and his memories of his teachers and colleagues-economists of the Austrian school, European liberals of the first half of the 20th century: K. Menger, J. Schumpeter, F. von Wieser, L. von Mises, B. Léon and others.

The book is a valuable source on the history of European liberalism, European social and political thought, as well as on the history of European society at the beginning and middle of the last century.
