This book is structured as a educational manual aimed at clarifying the fundamental principles that a psychoanalyst or psychotherapist follows when creating and maintaining an atmosphere of analysis, listening to and reflecting on the patient's free associations, and ultimately offering interpretations. The book examines the approaches of Melanie Klein and Wilfred Bion, the contribution of their works to the development of psychoanalysis, and how their ideas manifest in contemporary (post-)Kleinian and Bionian approaches.
