In this book, I have gathered all the thoughts regarding working with dreams that have come to me over the past thirty-six years of practice.

It represents a further development of Jungian, Gestalt, and process-oriented methods of working with dreams that I have used or developed myself. 

The main idea of the book is that dreams can be understood by closely observing how we use our attention, how we move, and what experiences we undergo in our bodies and in altered states of consciousness.
