A soft toy made of colored felt and velvet is a great idea for a gift! With this kit, you can easily create the toy Owl by yourself; you won't need anything else.

Kit contents:
    • body parts of the figure made of knitted, velvety fabric with a slight furry pile – 2 pcs. (17.5 x 24 cm)
    • felt parts with perforated holes – 7 pcs.
    • dress blank made of textile material (neoprene) – 1 pc.
    • embroidery threads (black, yellow, dark pink, light pink, lilac colors)
    • safe plastic needle – 1 pc. (5 cm)
    • satin ribbon – 1 pc. (51 cm)
    • filler – 1 pack.

 
The size of the finished toy is 24x16 cm.

The kit is intended for children from 5 years old.

How to sew the toy?

1. Sew the black parts of the eyes to the yellow parts.
2. Sew the eyes and beak to the "face" of the owl.
3. Sew the owl's "face" to the front part of the body.
4. Sew the collar to the dress. Sew the dress along the sides with a "whip stitch".
5. Fold the body parts together with the velvet side out and sew them together with a "whip stitch", aligning the necessary holes.
Leave the hole between the owl's "ears" unstitched!
6. Through the remaining hole, carefully stuff the toy with filler. Start with the paws and finish with the head of the toy.
7. Stitch the hole closed. Put on the dress. Tie the ribbon-belt.
The toy is ready!

You can sew using the "forward needle stitch" technique, double "forward needle" stitch, and "whip stitch". The instructions are illustrated on the back of the packaging.
