Preserves. A Gift for Young Hosts. From Jams and Beverages to Pickles and Smoked Foods

This book is a continuation of the previously published edition by Elena Molokhovets "A Gift for Young Hosts. A New Version". The updated edition of the book is more extensive due to the addition of comments and notes, so some of its sections were not included in the main volume. This primarily pertains to the sections dedicated to preserves. Now we are filling the gap of the main book and offering a separate edition devoted to home preservation of vegetables, fruits, cheese, meat, fish, and beverages. The numbering of sections and recipes has been preserved to maintain the connection between these editions.
