In Sotobe, people continue to die. The locals, observing what is happening, come to a frightening conclusion: it may be the fault of dark entities known as vampires, ghouls, restless spirits… They descend from the mountains at night and bring a real bloody massacre to the quiet village.
The surviving high school students Natsuno, Akira, and Kaori are trying to find evidence of the vampires' involvement in the horrific events. At the same time, Toshio does not give up on trying to heal the victims of the epidemic.
The ongoing deaths, Megumi's empty coffin, an attack by a stranger, and other events have become harbingers of the impending disaster. For now, a door to true hell opens in the once peaceful village.
