What kind of bullet it was – let the scientists figure it out. But the fact remains. Police Captain Yuri Burlak was shot in the head at point-blank range during the capture of a daring Moscow gang. And it was as if a black curtain closed in the consciousness of the policeman, oblivion and darkness… He awoke not only in a distant past (as it turned out – in 1912), but also in someone else's body. It would have been fine if he were in the body of a wealthy merchant, artist, or composer. But he was in the body of a notorious bandit nicknamed Zhora-Gymnast!
