Board Game - Lands of Ghosts

Welcome to Kalena, a settlement haunted by spirits! In the game "Lands of Ghosts," you will take on the roles of sensitives – people capable of communicating with ghosts. You will help restless souls finish their business so they can... leave our world for another. Over three seasons, you will travel through the lands of Kalena and drive away ghosts so that buildings can be constructed and resources gathered on the liberated lands. Upon returning to the settlement, you can sell resources and learn new abilities that will increase the number of actions available to you. You are true heroes, as only you can persuade the spirits to leave our world. Earn the most valor points and become the most celebrated sensitive!
How to play?
In the center of the table is the game board – the city of Kalena and 6 regions randomly arranged around the settlement. Nearby are the resources, the game pad with skill and market cards, and in front of each player is their personal pad, their sensitive's token, markers, and quest cards.
A game lasts 3 seasons, and each season is divided into 3 rounds. If it weren't for the troubles with ghosts, this game wouldn't exist, and thus each round begins with spreading: the last player rolls the terrain die and places 4 ghost tokens from the supply on the cells of the terrain that came up on the die. It is unwise to venture into empty lands, so the next phase is production: all buildings on the game board produce resources. And now the journeys of the sensitives begin! On their turn, players can perform any number of main actions (as long as they have enough action tokens):
Exploration: move to an adjacent terrain cell
Extraction: gain resources related to the type of terrain you are on
Construction: place a building on a cell relevant to the type of terrain
Contact: banish a ghost if you are on the same cell with it
Free is only cheese in a mousetrap, so keep in mind that every action will cost you something. In addition to the main actions, you can perform as many additional actions as you like, but they will also require payment with resources. While in the city, you can sell resources and earn pecuniaries (local currency), teach the sensitive a new skill, or conduct training to receive a new action token of any type. After all, the better your shape, the more resilient you are and the more actions you have available!
When there are no available actions left for the players, the sensitives rest and recover their action tokens, the turn order changes, and the next round begins. The last player once again spreads ghosts across the game board, resources are collected, and the sensitives begin their new actions.
 
Who won?
At the end of the third round, the season ends, and after the third season, the game concludes. Throughout the game, the sensitives earned valor points by banishing ghosts and completing various quests. The player who earned the most valor points is declared the winner of the game and the great hero of Kalena!
