Dolls. Volume 11

The capital of the Third Empire, Touto, has been overwhelmed by a wave of crime. In an effort to expedite the execution of sentences, the government enacted the "Law on the Efficiency of the Judicial System," which granted courts the right to issue death sentences in the absence of defendants. Employees of the Special Department for the enforcement of the highest penalty were required to independently track down criminals and immediately carry out the sentence. For their unwavering obedience to the letter of the law and unprecedented brutality, they were dubbed "dolls".
