Historical reference: The medium-range passenger aircraft Tu-154M, developed at A.N. Tupolev Design Bureau, has been produced serially since 1984. This airliner is one of the most widely produced Russian passenger aircraft. The Tu-154M can carry... up to 158 passengers over a distance of up to 3,500 km at a speed of 950 km/h. The Tu-154M is one of the few domestic passenger aircraft supplied for export. Hundreds of Tu-154M aircraft are operated daily by dozens of leading airlines in Russia and abroad.
