This manual presents lesson plans for engaging activities with 3-4-year-olds in drawing with colored pencils, gouache, and watercolor paints using traditional and unconventional methods. The activities foster emotional responsiveness, cultivate a sense of beauty; develop imagination, independence, persistence, neatness, diligence,... and the ability to complete tasks; and shape artistic skills and competencies.

The lesson plans presented in this manual are developed within the framework of the variability of the program «From Birth to School». The educator can use this book or the book with lesson plans by T.S. Komarova («Artistic Activity in Kindergarten. Lesson Plans with Children Aged 3-4 Years») at their discretion for lessons with children.
