Pat wants to be a good father: he takes care of two children while his wife Esther is on business trips. Pat feels tired, but he tries very hard — after all, he is a man! But one day he... discovers that he can no longer contain his anger, and this anger destroys him from the inside, ruins his family, and poses a threat to the children. Pat starts to understand the reasons for it, and eventually, after a difficult journey that includes searching for his father's colleagues, working in archives, receiving help from a friend who faces similar issues, visiting an osteopath, and undergoing psychotherapy, he finds the answer, which gives hope for a new, more complete life.
