1940, Paris. The fashion capital is in fear of the threat of war, and all high society is trying to spend each ball as if it were the last. Dazzled by this glamour, Lily decides to stay in Paris and takes a position in Elsa Schiaparelli's boutique, caught between two fires: on one side, the eccentric Schiaparelli, on the other – the ascetic yet luxury-oriented Coco Chanel. Each has her own fate, her own clothing preferences, and her own men. Two completely different women united by their passion for their work, each having changed the world in her own way.
