Hitnichya vein

Young geologist Valya Gordeeva gets a job at a mine for extracting demantoids - green sparkling garnets. Nearby, hidden from prying eyes in the Ural taiga, mysterious hitniks - illegal gemstone diggers - are conducting searches. Among them, Valya meets Timur Baykulov, an adventurer obsessed with the dream of finding a rich vein. But to fulfill this dream, a high price must be paid... A non-trivial love story is organically woven into the plot and complements the production descriptions, which are just as interesting to read as following the development of relationships between the characters. The novel is based on the author's professional experience as a geologist.
