Planet of Flavors

This book is the result of a decade-long struggle by the television channel "My Planet" for appetite and new culinary experiences of beloved viewers. The filming crew wandered for years across five continents, froze in the north, roasted in the... south, suffered from high prices in the west, and from spicy food in the east (but never went hungry). They recorded, recorded rare (sometimes unique) recipes. Some of them you will find nowhere else! Besides recipes, you will find truthful (mostly) stories about famous (and obscure) chefs, amazing restaurants and cafes from around the inhabited world. As well as a tale of the adventures that the filming crew has experienced. Greed, hardships, triumphs, joyful victories, and humiliating defeats, everything that accompanied us on this journey.
