Encyclopedia of Himalayan Siddha Yoga. Part 1

The book "Encyclopedia of Himalayan Siddha Yoga" is unique. It is the only collection of practices and teachings from the recently departed Siddha-guru Pilot Babaji, which he transmitted to his student Sati Mataji. Sati Mataji is an accomplished Master in this tradition; she has been giving initiations (diksha) into Himalayan Siddha Yoga since 2012. On one hand, this is the main textbook on Himalayan Siddha Yoga for yoga teachers, containing everything necessary to accurately explain the true principles of yoga to their students. On the other hand, it is a complete collection of techniques (asanas, pranayamas, kriyas, etc.), as well as recommendations for personal practice, through which one can achieve the highest state of consciousness. The first volume presents the basic concepts and techniques of Himalayan Siddha Yoga.
