The Daring Stranger

Lord Rockley arrived at Oakbridge estate on a secret mission - to find and apprehend the leader of the gang of bandits operating in the area, who prey on defenseless travelers. Upon seeing Christina, sitting by the stream and reminiscent of a woodland nymph, he was struck by her beauty and understood that she must belong to him. However, during the investigation, it turns out that the estate's owner and his sister Christina seem to be in cahoots with the bandits. Nevertheless, his passion for this woman is so great that he cannot resist the temptation and, like into deep water, plunges headfirst into her enticing embrace. Later, Christina realizes that she will have a child, but she does not want to become Rockley's wife…
