Established requirements for filling out medical documentation as the main object of expert analysis are outlined. Standard questions from judicial authorities when appointing forensic medical examinations in "doctor's cases" are presented. This practical manual was developed and prepared at the FSBEI HE "Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry named after A.I. Evdokimov" of the Ministry of Health of Russia in collaboration with employees of the JSC "National Institute of Independent Medical Expertise NIME". The publication is intended for residents, postgraduates, and specialists in the organization of healthcare and medical law.
