The Road

The proposed educational manual contains unadapted excerpts from the novel by the outstanding Spanish writer of the 20th century Miguel Delibes "EL CAMINO", as well as a small excerpt from his novel "Viejas historias de Castilla la Vieja". The aim... of this manual is to develop reading skills of original texts in Spanish. Accompanying lexical-grammatical comments are intended to facilitate the fullness and accuracy of understanding, while post-text exercises aim to expand the vocabulary and range of linguistic means of expression. A Spanish-Russian dictionary is attached to the manual, and the exercises containing tasks to identify the author’s equivalents in Russian in the text have keys. Listening to the disk will be useful for the development and control of listening skills. This educational manual is intended for students studying Spanish at an advanced level and can also be recommended to a wide audience who have mastered normative grammar and wish to deepen their knowledge of the Spanish language.
