Chinese Language. Audio Training

The second and third parts of the tutorial on listening to Chinese speech are designed for use in the educational process at advanced (third year) and final (fourth year) stages of training as supplementary educational material or for independent study of the Chinese language as the main training material for developing listening skills, as well as for preparation for the HSK exam.
Listening materials are presented in authentic modern texts of various genres in standard Chinese "baihuawen" from various Chinese sources and the book "Chinese Language. Practice in Listening, Reading, Speaking." The texts are voiced by different speakers, with an emphasis on the emotional-expressive qualities of spoken Chinese.
Each text is accompanied by a list of unfamiliar vocabulary and questions for self-control and discussion. Individual lexical units in the texts are accompanied by a footnote to a lexical commentary, which comments on the meaning, function, and usage of lexical units representing the most common function words, some of which relate to the so-called wenyanisms, measure words, and words and phrases that are commonly used in spoken language.
The introduction provides the author's recommendations for organizing educational work with the material.
