Harry Potter: Polyjuice Potion Board Game

Don't worry, even if you skipped classes with such a strict teacher as Severus Snape, you still have every chance to win! You don't have to be... a wizard to brew an excellent potion. You just need a good reaction speed and attentiveness.

About the Game
In the board game "Harry Potter: Polyjuice Potion", you will need to demonstrate the precision and accuracy characteristic of any wizard. When brewing a potion, there is simply no other way: if you add too few ingredients, nothing will work, and if you add too many, you'll have to clean the lab after the cauldron explodes. Your goal is to gather the required number of ingredients to brew the perfect polyjuice potion. But don't worry, you won't have to wait for it to steep, you'll get the results immediately!
How to Play?
Shuffle all the cards and divide them approximately equally among all players. You must hold them in one hand face down. The cards represent 12 ingredients, each with a value from 1 to 9. There are also recipe and scoop cards in the deck that slightly change the course of the game.

On your turn, you must place the top card from your deck face up in the center of the table. Then the turn passes to the next wizard clockwise. You continue laying down one ingredient at a time until there are 3 cards of the same value on the table. The player who notices this first must loudly declare "Time to brew!" At this point, the usual game turn stops and the potion-making stage begins! Players quickly take the laid out cards for themselves, but this is done under certain rules:

-You can only take one card at a time
-A card can only be taken with one hand (the one that is not holding the deck)
-You cannot take a card from other players if they have already taken it
-If you take a card, you cannot return it to the table

When no players want to take cards anymore, check the gathered ingredients – count the total value of all the cards collected: if the total ends in zero (10, 50, 110...), place the cards in your stash – the stack of cards in front of you on the table (not in your hand!). If not, return the gathered cards back to the table face up. After potion-making, starting with the first player, continue laying down one ingredient on the table.

Who Won?
The game continues until all players run out of cards in their decks. Even if you run out of cards and someone still has some left, you continue the game but skip the step of laying down an ingredient. At the end of the game, count the number of cards in your stash. The wizard who has managed to gather the most cards wins!
