Pollyanna. Level 1 = Поллианна

Little Pollyanna, after the death of her father, was left an orphan and was taken in by her strict relative Aunt Polly. The girl endures all her misfortunes stoically thanks to the “glad game,” which her father once taught her. Pollyanna not only sees the good in everything herself, but also teaches others to do the same, thus dramatically changing the lives of her aunt and all the neighbors. The text of the work is accompanied by comments on the most difficult words and expressions, as well as exercises to check understanding of the reading. At the end of the book, there is a dictionary that will help better master the text. The book is intended for those who are just beginning to learn English (level 1 - Elementary).
