May the All-Len Therapy be with You

All our lives we learn what seems important to us or to society, primarily knowledge. Kindergarten, school, college. We cram, master, write out, repeat, and take exams. But it seems that in doing so, we miss the most important thing... – we do not learn about life itself, how to build relationships, raise children. We think that the limited set of models we receive in the family or society is quite sufficient and it seems obvious that we are all qualified in this. Until we face our own difficulties, begin to question in these areas, and receive "everything like everyone else", we do not have the thought of learning or knowing. And if we ruin our life and the life of our loved ones or the mental health of our own child in the process of upbringing, no one will ask us about it. Isn’t it a very strange story? Apparently, there is a need to fill this gap in knowledge, and most importantly – in skills.
In search of the answer to the question: "How to learn to live and enjoy life?" the author created All-Len Therapy. It is hard to call it a psychological method, rather it is a worldview system that allows one to relate to life with greater ease and humor. All-Len has its own tools, its own view of the world, helping to go beyond the imposed societal models, limitations, and frames.
