Sasuke excelled in studies and was a crush for girls, which Naruto couldn't stand. Nevertheless, Naruto managed, albeit with difficulty, to pass the Academy exam, rescuing his teacher Iruka from trouble, who was the first to see in the boy not a monster, but a cheerful and optimistic ninja, striving toward his dream.
