The series initially plans to include:

The «Encyclopedia of Spices» collects all the spicy plants that contribute in various ways to the creation of dishes and impart a unique flavor to them. For information and at the same time for inspiration, it presents the stories of these spices' arrival on the European continent, their participation in specific types of dishes, and the medicinal properties of each plant. The book includes both traditional, well-known spices such as anise, basil, cumin, sesame, fenugreek, rosemary, thyme, and caraway, as well as exotic rarities: kalufer, mahleb, sansho, tamarind, citric. Each plant is accompanied by an illustration for identification.
