Developing Spatial Thinking. 4+. Preparing for School with Chevostik

A new series of developing workbooks «Preparing for School with Chevostik».
The workbook is aimed at developing spatial thinking. With its help, a child:
– will learn to determine the position of objects in space;
– will get acquainted with the coordinate system;
–... will practice navigating a map and building a route;
– will solve mazes of varying difficulty.
The workbook consists of several types of assignments that repeat and become more complex as you progress.
By completing fun tasks together with Chevostik and collecting rewards, the child will learn to love studying and understand that learning new things is not only useful but also exciting. This will help them to study more easily in school and complete homework without tantrums.
How to use the book
— Predefine how many tasks the child will complete (for example, one or two spreads). This way, the volume will be clear to the child and not scare them.
— Try to engage in a good mood and turn the learning process into a game. Then the child will love studying and will experience less difficulty with it in the future.
— If the child incorrectly completes a task, do not scold them or force them to redo it. Find something to praise the child for (for example: «I see how hard you tried!»), and only then point out the mistakes.
— If the child does not understand what they are supposed to do, help them: start performing the task yourself, and then ask the child to continue.
