Dear parents and speech therapists! In front of you is a set of cards with various tasks for practicing words consisting of two open syllables (words of the I class syllabic structure, according to A. K. Markova's classification). For example:... mom, kitty. Brief forms of words are also used. For example: grandmother - baba, duck - utya, rooster - Petya, hamster - Khoma, bear - Misha. This engaging material is designed for children from 2 to 5 years old. For toddlers with normal speech development who are just transitioning from babbling to simple words, it will help them start talking. And for older children with general speech underdevelopment of the 1st and 2nd levels - to initiate speech and overcome disruptions in the sound-syllable structure of words. Moreover, the material will contribute to the development of phonemic perception and analysis, attention and visual perception, spatial thinking, and graphomotor skills, grammar teaching, and sentence construction. With each card, tasks become more challenging. The main character of our material - a boy named Dima - accompanies the child on all the cards and invites them to perform exciting tasks. In this case, the child not only pronounces words but also performs certain actions. For this, you will need a washable marker. Instructions for the child and comments for adults are provided for the tasks. The instructions can be adapted depending on the child's capabilities. Tasks marked with an asterisk (*) are offered to children over 4 years old. During the activities, do not focus on the clarity of pronunciation of complex sounds. The main thing is to maintain the rhythmic structure of the word.
