How to play:
Before the game starts, all players receive a game board depicting 7 colorful chakras and inspiration tokens. On their turn, a player can perform one of three actions: take up to three crystals and place them on the board; spend one inspiration token to move crystals between chakras; meditate to return all energy tokens and determine the value of the chosen chakra. When one of the players manages to harmonize their five chakras, that is, direct the crystals of the required color into the chakras on the board, the last turn is played, and victory points are counted.

In the expansion, new modules appear: a module with white crystals, which when combined with black crystals cleanse the chakra and the player receives yin or yang; a module with tasks, the completion of which gives additional victory points; a module with power tokens that allow a bonus action for chakras being harmonized; and a module with mastery cards that allow the ability to be used after each meditation.
