Berlin, 1964. Relations between the Greater German Reich, stretching from the Rhine to the Urals, and its rival, the nuclear power USA, are tense to the extreme. But Fatherland eagerly awaits the peacemaking visit — American President Joseph Kennedy has promised to attend the celebration of the double anniversary, the twentieth anniversary of the victory of the Third Reich and the seventy-fifth anniversary of Adolf Hitler. A corpse of an old man is discovered in a lake near the most prestigious suburb of Berlin.
