Mathematics. Functional Literacy. Grade 4

Elementary school students often consider mathematics to be something boring and unnecessary. The author of this training program proves the opposite. It turns out that calculations depend on a lot. It is not only an interesting activity but also a... very useful practical skill. This training program is designed to teach fourth-grade students to apply the knowledge they have gained in real life. Each topic contains tasks for both self-assessment of knowledge and their application to solve various practical problems. Completing the tasks will contribute to the development of both the student's mathematical literacy and their functional literacy.

As a result of classes with the training program, the fourth grader will:
• independently determine the level of their knowledge;
• gain practical experience in applying it;
• increase motivation to study.
