Evelina Levy — an expert in emotion management, the ideologist of an educational platform for studying emotional intelligence. Whether we realize it or not, we manipulate others or fall into the trap of manipulation when communicating with colleagues and superiors, in relationships with the opposite sex, parents and children, friends, loved ones, and even strangers. Genuine positive emotions, happy relationships, and enjoyment of life — all of this cannot be achieved through manipulation. Emotional intelligence — it is not just a means of protection against manipulation. It is the key to self-knowledge, understanding one’s true values and desires, and thus to managing one’s life. By understanding our emotional reactions and managing them, we can make optimal decisions and choose those actions that best reveal our potential. All of this influences our development as individuals, our ability to communicate, and to build lasting relationships not only in the workplace but also in family, with loved ones and friends. The practical section is structured as a course, where you will receive one assignment each day — to develop emotional intelligence skills or to work through a specific emotion.
