Conflictology: A Textbook for Higher Education Institutions.

The eighth, revised and supplemented edition of the first domestic textbook, which summarizes and systematizes scientific knowledge about conflicts, obtained in seventeen fields of domestic science. From the perspective of a systemic approach, the foundations of domestic conflictology are presented, the history of the development of its main branches is outlined, and a universal conceptual scheme for describing conflicts is revealed. The methodology, methods, and techniques for studying conflicts are considered, along with their characteristics in various spheres of interaction, the conditions and means of constructive conflict regulation.
