In 2009, at the age of 22, Ilya Piskulin opened his marketing agency. From 2009 to 2017, he held the main marketing seminar in Russia, owned four restaurants, closed and reopened his agency, was employed and fired, experienced several bankruptcies, a heart stoppage, and serious drama in his personal life. In 2018, Ilya, along with partners, founded a development company that became the number one brand in the Russian Federation according to the Association of Real Estate Market Professionals (Repa).
