The Art of War

Sun Tzu lived in the 5th century BC. His real name is Sun Wu - Sun Tzu means "Master Sun". Chinese tradition considers him the author of the very first work that later spawned the literary genre "Bing Fa" ("The... Art of War"). At the same time, it is the very first treatise in the history of humanity dedicated to war and martial art. For thousands of years, rulers and military leaders of Asia, when contemplating their conquest campaigns, turned to the treatise of Sun Tzu. It is known that he was highly valued by Japanese samurai. The first professional European reader to apply Sun Tzu's principles in practice was Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte. In our days, the ancient "The Art of War" attracts not only rulers and their generals but also businessmen who successfully use the provisions of "The Art of War" for management tasks and conflict resolution.
