Multilevel Knowledge Assessment for Russian Language in the Federal State Educational Standards
"Multilevel Quality Knowledge Assessment" is a new type of educational resource that allows for an individual evaluation of each primary school student's level of knowledge in orthography. Each topic is represented by five tasks corresponding to the second generation standards...
of primary education. Each task has three levels (A - B - C). The last task C is more complex. Each level consists of five tasks that correspond to the five-point grading system accepted and approved in the school education system. The advantages of this educational resource are its simplicity and accessibility for both teachers and parents. The variability of the selected tasks allows for progression from simple to complex levels, as well as the option to complete just one level (e.g., only A). Level A involves working with a word; level B involves working with a word at the level of phrases, one of which is oriented towards a rule; level C involves working with a phrase, each word of which is oriented towards a rule. The right column is intended for the teacher's (parent's) use. It clearly shows the quality of the knowledge acquired. A score is given after completing the task of each level. Next to the score, the number of errors can be indicated. The grading criteria correspond to the assessment of work in orthography based on the five-point system. The average score allows for a summary that is placed in the final column for the entire completed work. In order to spark interest, a linguist's question is provided at the bottom frame of the last level, which requires thoughtful answers. The provided answer indicates a sufficiently high level of language development and good logical thinking. An answer that comprises only one word is preferred.
