Unstressed Vowels in the Root of the Word. Workbook for Children Aged 6-9.

The goals of this manual are: preparation for mastering the morphological principle of Russian orthography, prevention of writing errors, and failure in the Russian language, reinforcement of various methods of word formation. Its purpose is individual work with children aged... 6-9, with possible work in a small subgroup (3-4 people).The manual consists of three parts. The first part ("Syllabic Composition of the Word") contains 12 exercises to reinforce the skill of syllable division. The second part ("Stress") includes 20 exercises for identifying stressed syllables, stressed vowels, and stressed words. The third part ("Unstressed Vowels") comprises 14 exercises aimed at preventing errors in the spelling of unstressed vowels in the root of the word.The manual is addressed to educators (speech therapists, primary school teachers, tutors) and can be used by parents for home assignments with children.
