Star Wars: The Rise of the Republic. The Path of Deceit

Padawan Kevmo Zink and his Jedi Master Zalla Makri arrive on the planet Dolna. They are investigating a case of Force artifacts stolen from different points in the Galaxy. Dolna is a planet located in the Outer Rim. Its population... is small, yet quite advanced, skillfully using the planet's limited resources for their benefit. Outside of Ferdan, the spaceport and one of the agricultural centers, lives a strange cult called the Path of the Open Hand. It is led by the Mother, who claims that the Force sends her visions. Kevmo meets Marda Ro, one of the cult's members, and unexpectedly grows close to her despite their opposing views on the Force. But the cult leader has her own plans that go against the Jedi's aspirations. And Marda will have to make a choice - betray her faith or betray a friend.
