The Joyful French Alphabet. Letter Games

This resource is intended for students in grades 1-2 who are just beginning to learn the French language.
Its goal is to teach children the phonemic and graphemic representation of the French alphabet, thus creating a solid foundation for reading instruction.
All... tasks in this publication are constructed in a game format. They are divided into 9 blocks, each of which includes 5-7 exercises aimed at introducing, practicing, and reinforcing three new letters of the French alphabet and reviewing previously studied ones. Exercises in each block are arranged in increasing order of difficulty: tasks for recognizing and identifying a particular letter from a series of letters, matching uppercase and lowercase letters are followed by tasks for their written reproduction.
The resource can be used both in classroom instruction and for individual home learning.
