Georgian Language. Basic Course

The book presents a basic course in Georgian language consisting of 30 lessons. Each lesson contains detailed explanations of grammar and vocabulary, followed by texts for listening and reading, as well as exercises aimed at practical mastery of the material,... and a dictionary.
The textbook combines traditional methods—reading texts and completing grammar exercises—with methods and principles of the communicative approach, requiring students to engage in independent speech. The listening and reading texts include dialogues on relevant everyday topics, which serve as models for natural situations of real communication.
The textbook can be used both for self-study of the Georgian language and for classes with a teacher.
