How to fill free time when bored?
Eight-year-old Emīls Heino Rinkevičs from Ikšķile found his
answer – he started drawing a labyrinth on a grid paper with a free hand. The first, the second, the third… and he got carried away. This...
collection includes fifty-six. However, they are not just labyrinths: each of them is like a path of thought and a surprise.
The total length of the labyrinth paths is 72.54 meters! This corresponds to the height of the viewing platform of St. Peter's Church and is twice the height of the Dzintari observation tower in Jūrmala. To complete the shortest labyrinth, one only needs to draw a line that is 42.5 centimeters long, while the line through the longest labyrinth will reach 3 meters and 59.5 centimeters.
Traveling through these labyrinths and connecting them into one whole – this could be a CHALLENGE not only for children but also for adult "children"!
The book also includes solutions to the labyrinths.
Wishing you a joyful, exciting, and successful journey through Heino's labyrinths!
