The absence of joy, dissatisfaction with oneself and life—are signs that you are betraying your deep values and acting without understanding your true self. Unfortunately, no one taught us how to find our purpose and our own meaning of life,... so often we follow the scenario proposed by others, borrow someone else's beliefs, act without understanding whether we really want it or just "have to". Due to the incorrectly chosen path of development, we start to feel unhappy, irritated, and nothing inspires us. However, everyone can take responsibility for their life, transform themselves, and start moving in the direction that is right for them: towards values, self-realization, towards what fills life with meaning and joy.
