Half-breeds

A captivating story full of dark humor and pain about the coming of age of an unusual boy born an outcast.
They are — "mutts", half-breed werewolves from the American South. Every day is a desperate struggle to survive in a hostile world that does not understand them and fears them. Ten years of poverty and wandering — never staying long in one place and fleeing at night to stay one step ahead of the law. Enough! The time is approaching when Uncle Darren and Aunt Libby will finally find out if their nephew is like them. Is he of their blood? Everything is about to change.
