ESG - three parameters by which a company can ensure sustainable development management.

The letter "E" - environmental factors, include the company's or government's contribution to climate change through greenhouse gas emissions, as well as waste management and energy efficiency. The fight against global warming and reduction of emissions are becoming increasingly important tasks for humanity.

The letter "S" - social criteria, include human rights, labor standards, compliance with hygiene and safety in the workplace, as well as the use of illegal child labor. It is important when a company is well integrated with its local community and has a "social license" (SLO).

The letter "G" - corporate governance refers to a set of rules or principles that define the rights, duties, and expectations among stakeholders in the management of the company. A clearly defined corporate governance system contributes to balancing the interests of the parties and serves as a tool to support the company's long-term strategy.
