Lady Helen 1. Club Dark Times.

London, 1812. Great Britain is on the brink of war with America. For ten years, the struggle against France and Napoleon Bonaparte has been ongoing.

And amidst all this, there is another, more ancient war, which began many centuries ago, a secret battle against an innumerable demonic horde. Only a handful of brave souls stand in the way of this treacherous and predatory force that threatens all living things. They are mysterious warriors, members of the "Dark Times" club, summoned to defend humanity.

Heading to a ball at the royal palace, eighteen-year-old Helen Raxoll had no idea that this evening and her acquaintance with the mysterious Lord Carlston would completely change her life. Helen is destined to become one of the warriors of the club and rid London of the demon invasion.
