The card set “Me and My Mom” is intended for exploring issues related to the image and figure of the mother. The cards can be used for individual work, family counseling, exploring the inner child, inner parent, inner woman, relationships with mother, within the family, with parents, in couples, with one’s own children, exploring feminine identity, and maternal scripts. They complement transformational games.

The cards depict various situations, individual episodes from the lives of mothers, children, their relationships, and family dynamics that convey the feelings and experiences of people in different situations.

The card set contains 60 images. They include representations that convey resourceful states of the mother, child, and their relationships, as well as tense states where there is conflict, pain, resentment, etc., allowing the processing of unpleasant experiences.
