The new book by the renowned Moscow Protoiereus Georgy Breyev (1937–2020) is devoted to reflections on the Psalms. Father Georgy served for many years as the rector of the Church of the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos in Krylatskoye,... loved the Psalter, and felt and understood its depth in a special way. He referred to the Psalter as the highest school of spiritual enlightenment, telling stories about the Psalms in such a way that they, having passed through the centuries, become very modern and relevant for us, turning the human soul towards eternity.
