We present to the readers the famous novel by the Soviet writer Mikhail Bulgakov «The Master and Margarita».
The novel, written during one of the bleakest decades of the twentieth century, reflects the complex historical era and the sentiments of Soviet society at that time. God and the devil, good and evil, creativity and destruction — the novel has many plot lines, contradictory characters, whose actions are ambiguous and elicit in the reader both sadness and laughter, and the desire to open the novel and immerse oneself in its mysticism and magic again and again.
