Through the Snow. Final Station. Graphic Novel

This edition is the final part of the story about the struggle of the last people for survival, created by Olivier Bocquet and the artist of the entire series «Through the Snow» Jean-Marc Rochette. «Final Station» concludes the storyline of... the second and third comics — «Wanderer» and «Crossing».
After a perilous journey, the train is severely damaged and the heroes end up in an underground city that has everything they dreamed of during years of confinement in the train. However, this new beautiful world proves to be even more cruel, unjust, and destructive for humanity, and the passengers' dream of a true refuge crumbles before their eyes. The comic is created in even darker and bloodier tones, but Bocquet and Rochette dedicated the last part to Bong Joon-ho, so one hopes that the characters in the comic, like the heroes of the eponymous film, will eventually find hope for salvation.
The edition contains an afterword by Olivier Bocquet, in which he talks about working on the final part of the comic, and unique sketches by Jean-Marc Rochette.
The post-apocalyptic world of the graphic novel «Through the Snow» served as the basis for the plot of the eponymous film by Bong Joon-ho, released in 2013. A series was also made based on the comic, featuring Jennifer Connelly and Sean Bean. The premiere of the second season took place in January 2021 on Netflix.
